Our chefs have trained for many years as sushi chefs in both Japan and the US, making them true professionals. Experience authentic Japanese sushi! The menu features freshly prepared sushi and selected appetizers, with variations depending on seasonal ingredients and availability.
Classic nigiri featuring popular selections such as salmon, tuna, shrimp, squid and yellow tail. Rolls include spicy tuna, salmon avocado, crab, daikon cucumber rolls.
In addition to classic selections, this option includes premium fish such as eel (unagi), sea bream (tai), Katsuo (bonito) and Horse Mackerel (aji). Rolls and hand rolls are also prepared using these upgraded ingredients.
A wide variety of premium ingredients, including Japanese A5 wagyu beef, ootoro, and uni (sea urchin), imported directly from Japan. Rolls and hand rolls are also crafted with these luxury ingredients.
